1. Identity and roles

  1. Joyfulness Path is the activity brand operated by Winnie Lim. Winnie is responsible for the activity direction, content, participation arrangements and the primary relationship with participants.
  2. SOUL NEW ENERGY LIMITED is an independent technical and production service provider. It may provide website, form, data system, email, music, streaming and other production support as agreed with Joyfulness Path.
  3. Unless an individual activity page clearly states otherwise, Soul New Energy is not the provider of the activity content and does not make commitments on behalf of Winnie or Joyfulness Path.
  4. For paid Joyfulness Path activities sold online, Winnie/Joyfulness Path is the service supplier. SNE acts only as technical, production or payment-processing support where the payment page expressly says so. Before purchase, the payment page will disclose in Bahasa Melayu and any applicable additional language the supplier's contact information, the main service characteristics, total price, payment method, service time and specific terms.
02

2. Scope

These Terms apply to:

  • joyfulnesspath.com and its activity pages;
  • free and paid online activities offered by Joyfulness Path;
  • registrations, payments, confirmation emails, Zoom participation and replays; and
  • text, images, audio, music, video, exercises and other materials supplied by Joyfulness Path.

Specific terms shown on an activity or payment page also apply to that activity. If a specific term directly conflicts with these Terms, the clearly stated specific term will prevail for that activity.

03

3. Eligibility

  1. Activities are primarily intended for people aged 18 or above.
  2. A person under 18 must first obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian and follow any registration arrangements required by the organiser.
  3. The organiser may limit or decline a registration for reasonable reasons relating to the nature or capacity of the activity, safety or operations.
04

4. Registration information and access security

  1. You must provide accurate, complete and reachable information and notify the organiser if it changes.
  2. Registration places, confirmation emails, Zoom links, passwords and replay links are for registered participants only. They must not be resold, posted publicly or shared without permission.
  3. The organiser may cancel or restrict access where it reasonably believes that a link is being misused, registration information is false or the activity is being disrupted.
  4. If you cannot participate because of an incorrect email address, spam settings, device issues or failure to follow login instructions, the organiser will provide reasonable assistance but cannot guarantee that the full activity can be restored or repeated.
05

5. Personal choice, wellbeing and professional-support boundaries

  1. Activity content is provided for personal growth, spiritual exploration, reflection, creative experience and general information. It is not a medical, mental-health or other regulated professional service, has no medical purpose or effect, and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions or professional advice.
  2. An activity must not replace advice or support from a doctor, mental-health professional, lawyer, financial adviser or other qualified professional. If you already receive professional support, continue to follow that professional's advice. Do not stop or change existing support, a prescription or medication solely because of activity content.
  3. References to energy, angels, cards, manifestation, intuition, messages or other spiritual ideas may be understood symbolically or reflectively according to personal belief. The organiser does not present them as objectively verified facts and does not promise supernatural contact, spiritual awakening, energy change, wealth, relationship outcomes, future events or any other life result.
  4. Each participant's experience may differ. Sharing, guidance, card interpretations, questions or responses must not be understood as instructions to make a particular life, relationship, financial, legal or other significant decision.
  5. You retain responsibility for your own judgment and choices. You may pause, decline to answer, turn off your camera, remain muted or leave at any time without explanation.
  6. If an activity causes continuing distress, confusion or feelings that are difficult to manage, or if you believe that your safety or another person's safety may be at risk, stop participating and seek appropriate support from a qualified professional in your location. Contact local emergency services where there is an immediate safety risk.
  7. The organiser may pause a segment or end a person's participation for the safety of participants, staff or the session. This does not mean that the organiser is providing a professional risk assessment or professional service.
06

6. Online platforms and technical arrangements

  1. Activities may be delivered through Zoom, Facebook, YouTube or other third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
  2. Internet connections, devices, regional restrictions, platform maintenance, third-party outages and matters outside the organiser's reasonable control may affect the stream, sound, video, chat or replay.
  3. The organiser will make reasonable preparations but does not guarantee that a third-party platform will always be available or error-free.
  4. If a significant technical problem occurs, the organiser may delay or reschedule the activity, change platform, provide alternative content or make another reasonable arrangement.
07

7. Public streaming, Zoom participation and recording

  1. Some activities may also be streamed publicly on Facebook, YouTube or another platform. The relevant activity page will describe the arrangement.
  2. Unless your separate express permission has been obtained, the organiser will not intentionally broadcast your name, image, voice or private message publicly.
  3. The public stream should normally show only Winnie, hosts and authorised guests. Zoom participants should remain muted by default and avoid including information in their display name or chat that they do not want others to see.
  4. Your Zoom display name, speech and chat messages may be visible to other people in the meeting. You are responsible for controlling your display name and what you share.
  5. If a participant is invited to speak or appear in the public segment, the organiser will obtain separate express permission. Acceptance of these general Terms is not permission to use your voice or image publicly.
  6. Without permission from the organiser and the people concerned, participants must not record, photograph, screenshot, copy, rebroadcast or publish another participant's contribution.
  7. If an activity will be recorded for internal records, replay or later publication, the applicable scope will be explained on the activity page, during registration or before the activity begins.
08

8. Participation rules

Participants must act respectfully and must not:

  • harass, insult, threaten or target another person;
  • post unlawful, infringing, misleading or inappropriate material;
  • collect, store or share another participant's information without permission;
  • disrupt the website, stream, Zoom meeting or chat;
  • promote an unauthorised product, service, group or activity; or
  • impersonate another person or bypass access restrictions.

If these rules are breached, the organiser may remove content, mute or remove a participant, restrict future participation or take other reasonable measures. Participation may be ended immediately in a serious case.

09

9. Payment, rescheduling and refunds

  1. No refund applies to a free activity.
  2. The fee, currency, payment method, refund, rescheduling and place-transfer arrangements for a paid activity are governed by the specific terms shown on its activity or payment page before purchase. The buyer must be able to correct obvious input errors before payment and will receive an order confirmation capable of being retained.
  3. If the payment page does not say otherwise, the default arrangement is: cancellation by the participant, schedule conflicts, device or internet problems, or non-attendance do not automatically create a refund right. If requested at least 48 hours before the activity begins, the organiser may, subject to capacity and the nature of the activity, permit one rescheduling or place transfer. This does not reduce any right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
  4. If the organiser cancels a paid activity without a reasonable alternative, the organiser will refund the activity fee actually received. For a material rescheduling by the organiser, the participant may choose the notified alternative or a refund of the activity fee actually received.
  5. Third-party platform fees, currency conversion and processing arrangements are governed by the payment-page disclosure and applicable law.
  6. Nothing in a purchase, rescheduling or refund arrangement affects rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10

10. Changes to an activity

The organiser may change the time, sequence, platform, host or part of an activity for speaker availability, technical or safety reasons, an unforeseen event or another reasonable reason. A material change will be notified through the registration email or activity page.

11

11. Intellectual property

  1. Text, design, images, audio, music, video, exercises, names and production elements on the website or in an activity are owned or lawfully used by Joyfulness Path, Winnie, Soul New Energy or the relevant rights holder.
  2. Unless written permission is given, materials supplied to a participant may be viewed and used only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  3. You must not copy, adapt, reproduce, sell, perform publicly, re-upload, create derivative material from, teach from or otherwise use the materials commercially.
  4. You retain rights in content you submit, but grant the organiser permission to use it only to the extent necessary to provide, administer and handle the relevant activity.
  5. Separate express consent will be sought before a participant's contribution is used for public promotion, long-term content or another activity.
12

12. Third-party links and services

The website may link to third-party websites, payment services or social platforms. Those services are independently controlled. Unless the law requires otherwise, the organiser does not guarantee their content, policies, availability or independent conduct. Please read their terms and privacy policies before use.

13

13. Limitation of liability

  1. The organiser and technical service provider will use reasonable care in providing the website and activities, but do not guarantee that content will always be complete, error-free, continuously available or suitable for every participant's circumstances.
  2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, they are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss.
  3. Where liability must be accepted for a service, the total liability is limited to the amount the participant actually paid for the activity giving rise to the claim. A free activity will be handled according to applicable law and the circumstances.
  4. To the extent permitted by law, the organiser and technical service provider are not responsible for loss arising from a participant's personal interpretation, independent decision or use of activity content contrary to the stated boundaries. This does not apply to liability directly caused by a failure to exercise reasonable care where the law requires it.
  5. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability, duty of reasonable care or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
14

14. Privacy and personal data

Personal data is handled under the Joyfulness Path Privacy Policy and the personal data collection notice displayed during registration. Focus selections or free text may indirectly reveal emotional or mental wellbeing or personal beliefs. We obtain express consent separately and retain the version evidence for the Terms, privacy notice, sensitive-data processing, cross-border processing and communication choices.

15

15. Suspension or termination

The organiser may suspend part or all of a service where there is a security, legal, technical or operational risk. A continuing service may also be ended on reasonable notice, subject to any specific commitment already made for a paid or confirmed arrangement.

16

16. Updates to these Terms

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to services, technology or legal requirements. The new version and effective date will be displayed. Evidence of the version accepted for a completed registration will be retained. A material change affecting a confirmed activity will be notified separately where appropriate.

17

17. Governing law and disputes

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
  2. The parties should first try in good faith to resolve a dispute. If it remains unresolved, it will be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia, unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
  3. This section does not affect any non-excludable right available to a participant in their place of residence.
